Our Reopening Strategy!

To our valued clients:

Through this difficult time of uncertainty we are proud to be a part of a community that has come together to take the necessary precautions to keep us all safe.

We as a team, are so excited to be welcoming back to the salon our valued and loyal clients.
We are sincerely grateful for all the support you have given through your online orders on our new Shopify store 'HF Style'.

As many of you know,  to ensure the upmost protection for our clients and employees we hired DMC consulting to do an occupational risk assessment and corresponding mitigation plan.

We thank you for your patience as we have moved through the mitigation and are finally cleared to book our appointments and begin the process of a 'safe as possible' reopening.

We truly appreciate your patience as we do our upmost to accommodate all of you in a timely manner.

All missed appointments will be rescheduled and any future appointments will be called. If you have not been contacted Jeremy, Sue and Heather will be in-salon June 8 to take your calls.

We respectively ask that you familiarize yourself with our new best practices that have been created by our OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSULTANT,  along with an occupational health nurse, as we move to our 'new normal'.


Covid Questionaire :

All clients will be asked health screening questions the day before arriving for their appointment, and will be given clear instructions on what to expect upon arrival, and during their appointment.

Health Status :

If you are symptomatic, please stay home, and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. If a client is suspected to be ill at time of visit, access to our salon will be respectfully denied.

Walkins :

We will not be accepting walk-ins at this time, but will gladly book appointments over the phone.

Masks :

Clients will be asked to come to salon with a non-medical mask, or one will be provided to you.

Arrival :

All clients are asked to wait in their vehicle upon arrival at the salon until their designated appointment time, as there will no longer be a waiting area. You are welcome to leave your telephone number, and we can call as your stylist is ready.

Personal belongings :

Clients are asked to refrain from bringing personal items (coats, purses, coffee cups, travel mugs, etc) as much as possible

Beverage and Snack Services :

We are so sorry for any inconvenience, but we are unable to offer coffee, tea and snack services at this time

Retail Products :

We ask that you please refrain from touching in-store products, and we will assist you in finding products you need. As we are unable to provide walk in service to purchase retail products, please visit our online store 'HF Style' located on main page of our website, and we will arrange curbside pickup.

Payment :

We would like to request Debit and Credit only at this time if possible, and will limited cash.

Underground Spa :
We are encouraging our clients of the spa to pay upfront  for services if possible, to alleviate any congestion and allow clients to enter through one door, and exit through the other.

Brows :

Appointments will be permitted, however it will be mandatory for staff to wear a mask and face shield, and client to wear a non-medical mask.

Facials :

Facial services will not be permissible at this time.
